Driving Tips by Daryl

My final project for INTE5680 - Producing Media for Learning (Summer 2019) is a website containing videos of driving tips.

Challenges included finding ways of capturing the learning objectives from multiple angles inside and outside my vehicle. Controlling the lighting was another concern, as was finding a means of redacting license plates and peoples' faces from my videos. To address these concerns, I chose to use toy vehicles indoors where I could better control the lighting and remove the need to redact non-stationary objects in the videos.

Successes included discovering a way to include an Intro and Outro for my video lessons to create a stylized look-and-feel across multiple videos.
