Bierrocks. Where did they come from?

My final challenge in Producing Media for Learning was to create a digital story based on Instructables and to add a personal edge and describe the history of the object of my project. I chose to create a cooking video where I make runzas from a recipe found in my grandmother's recipe index cards box and talk about the history of this meat-filled bun.
